Terms and Conditions for HR 360 Solutions

Welcome to HR 360 Solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline the framework for our professional relationship.

1. Services Provided

HR 360 Solutions offers the following services:

  • Permanent Recruitment
  • Contract Recruitment
  • Executive Appointments
  • Middle East Recruitment
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
  • Contractor Management Outsourcing
  • Chief Financial Management Consultancy

2. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. Both parties are responsible for ensuring that such information is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals or entities.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Permanent Recruitment: Fees are calculated as a percentage of the annual salary offered to the candidate. Payment is due upon the candidate’s commencement of employment.
  • Contract Recruitment and Outsourcing Services: Fees are based on agreed-upon rates and billed periodically as per the service agreement.
  • Executive Appointments: Fees are determined by the seniority and complexity of the role, as outlined in the contract.
  • All invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete job descriptions.
  • Supply necessary details regarding the work environment and conditions.
  • Promptly communicate any changes in requirements or timelines.

5. Candidate Placement Guarantee

For Permanent Recruitment and Executive Appointments, HR 360 Solutions provides a guarantee period. Should the placed candidate resign or be terminated within this timeframe, we will offer a replacement candidate at no additional cost, subject to terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

6. Liability

HR 360 Solutions will use reasonable efforts to match candidates with client requirements but does not guarantee the performance or suitability of any candidate. The client assumes full responsibility for final hiring decisions.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled within the agreed payment terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mutual discussion and, if necessary, mediation. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the agreed location.

9. Amendments

HR 360 Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [applicable jurisdiction], and all legal proceedings shall be conducted within this jurisdiction.
